Verizon Wireless, Texas Sue Scottsdale company, JAWA

Verizon has been offering premium text messaging (PSMS) to its customers before JAWA offered its PSMS products and services.  Interestingly, in the lawsuit Verizon is not attempting to stop PSMS services, but only to stop JAWA from offering PSMS services so that Verizon can control the market.
