JW Attorney Mike Nasi Speaks on Clean Carbon Technology Incentives.  The head of Jackson Walker's Climate Change and Carbon Management practice, partner Mike Nasi, will speak at the Clean Carbon Policy Summit and Project Expo. Mr. Nasi will present on October 27, 2009 at the AT&T Conference Center in Austin, Texas. Mr. Nasi will speak on current incentives during the "General Assembly II – Clean Carbon Technology Costs and Incentives" session. He will provide an overview of newly adopted state legislation that creates financial and regulatory incentives designed to advance the commercialization of carbon capture and storage technology.
